Juniper :
北アメリカ・アジア・ヨーロッパなどで多く自生しているヒノキ科の常緑針葉樹。
ジンの香りつけの原料としても有名。
ネガティブなエネルギーを浄化する強い力があるとされ、チベットでは疫病から人々を守る薬草として焚かれたり、フランスの病院では空気の浄化や伝染病予防に用いられていたそうです。

けがれを祓う神聖な天然ハーブとして、1000年以上も前よりネイティブアメリカンに愛されている植物。茎や葉が白っぽく見えるところがその名の由来。
